Menu Plan Monday – March 24, 2013

Earlier this month I posted our monthly menu plan.  Here is this week’s part.

Breakfast:

  1. Crepes, fruit, juice and coffee
  2. Cereal
  3. Eggs, toast, juice
  4. Muffins (from freezer)
  5. Shakes
  6. Traveling (Easter)
  7. Traveling (Easter)
Lunch:
  1. Eat out
  2. Bree’s Lentil-Tomato Soup, cornbread muffins
  3. Salad
  4. Greek meatballs, barley
  5. Sweet-and-Tangy Roasted Pork Tenderloin, stuffing, steamed carrots
  6. Traveling (Easter)
  7. Traveling (Easter) 
 Supper:
  1. Stuffed savory cabbage
  2. Salami sandwiches, chips
  3. Lemon chicken stew
  4. Toast, fruit, tea
  5. Eat out (traveling)
  6. Traveling (Easter)
  7. Traveling (Easter)
I have planned on taking several breakfast and snack food with us, while visiting family.  Here are my plans:
  • cream cheese topped with cranberry-walnut chutney, served with crackers
  • an assortment of muffins from our freezer
  • a ham for Easter dinner
