This past week saw all the meals but two used. We changed our plans on Saturday, so that meal was moved to today. The other meals was the hummus. I forgot to check the freezer for precooked chickpeas and didn’t cook any others in time for supper. Saturday’s supper ended up being shakes. As for the hummus, we ate sandwiches instead.
I will apologize now for the lack of pictures. Seems I need to remember to keep my camera handy when cooking and baking.

Also check out Confessions of a Homeschooler’s January’s Monthly Meal Plan. If this is a new concept to you, take some time to think it over. Imagine only having to sit down once a month to menu plan, rather than 4 or 5 times. It worked for me, perhaps it will do the same for you.
