Meal Plan Monday – January 21, 2013

 

This past week saw all the meals but two used.  We changed our plans on Saturday, so that meal was moved to today.  The other meals was the hummus.  I forgot to check the freezer for precooked chickpeas and didn’t cook any others in time for supper.  Saturday’s supper ended up being shakes.  As for the hummus, we ate sandwiches instead.

I will apologize now for the lack of pictures.  Seems I need to remember to keep my camera handy when cooking and baking.

Breakfast:

  1. Crepes, fruit, bacon
  2. Cereal
  3. Eggs, toast, applesauce
  4. Rusks, coffee, tea
  5. Shakes
  6. Oatmeal or grits
  7. Eggs, toast, meat, fruit

 

Lunch:

  1. Eat Out
  2. Sirloin steak, peas,
  3. Salad
  4. Tangy black bean soup, bread
  5. Breaded pork chops
  6. Beef stroganoff, rice, broccoli, carrots
  7. NEW RECIPE – TBD

Supper:

  1. Peanut butter and syrup sandwiches, applesauce, orange slices
  2. Toast, cheese, tea, fruit
  3. Pizza
  4. Crockpot chicken, macaroni and cheese
  5. Sandwiches, apple slices
  6. Twice baked potatoes
  7. To Be Determined (TBD)
