Adding a trellis to your landscaping is a great way to make a large visual impact which is also functional. The trouble comes in deciding which style you want, which materials to use, and whether to make it yourself or purchase one. Some of these can be narrowed down by considering the use you have for it – growing watermelons verses trumpet vines.
I have been searching for styles to use in two different parts of our yard, one to hold fruit vines, the other to create an entry feeling with flowering vines. Here are a few I have really liked for various reasons. I am not sure if any of these ideas will be used, though they have given me a place to start planning and thinking.
