Weekly Goals – August 26, 2012

I did get a lot accomplished last week, I promise.  Just seems that it was for items not on my to-do list.  Things like making cookies and finger painting and packing for our camping trip.

Previous Goals:

Gardening:

  1. Can or freeze 6 months worth of spaghetti sauce (24+ quarts) – Well, this didn’t quite happen how I wanted it to.  I need to figure up how many pounds of tomatoes this will require.
  2. Clear off garden work space/counter

Homemaking:

  1. Finish planning Fall Bible Times – What I thought I would do as part of the Fall plan, doesn’t seem to be keeping attention very well.  Either it is the wrong presentation style, or it is over their heads right now.
  2. Break book list down into months
  3. Research cameras
  4. Clear off shelf
  5. Change and hand cabinets in garage

Personal:

  1. Schedule classes Accomplished.  It took some rearranging of dates, due to classes being full, to get it done. I am looking forward to the first class in a few weeks.

New Goals:

Gardening:

  1. Begin to can or freeze 6 months worth of spaghetti sauce (24+ quarts)
  2. Clear off garden work space/counter in basement

Homemaking:

  1. Finish planning Fall Bible Times
  2. Break book list down into months
  3. Research cameras
  4. Clear off shelf
  5. Change and hand cabinets in garage
  6. Get car worked on

Personal:

  1. Tell my husband “I Love You” at least once every day; and not as a passing comment
  2. Do my Bible readings 5 days
  3. Return phone call about mother’s group
  4. 5 Year Plan (i.e. where would I like to be in 5 years?  what would I like to have accomplished?)

~Oh, and I seem to have lost my motivation.  If anyone finds it please let me know.  It hasn’t been gone long, so it couldn’t be too far away.  Thanks. ~
